Our well-known manufacturing client is implementing a Readyworkforce software covering Timesheets, Payroll, HR and H&S and needs someone to manage the successful implementation. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the project.

Key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the implementation of Readyworkforce software
Planing, monitoring and controlling the project through to completion
Reporting to the Project Steering Group on project progress, budget, risks and issues
Preparing and managing the overall project risk profile, and mitigation strategies
Leading Change Control process

Successful candidates will have:

Extenvice Project Management experience in a large complex environment
Experience in planning and working through the typical phases of a software implementation
The capacity to build strong stakeholder relationships so that there is clear agreement on what needs to be delivered, and how
Be proactive, target focussed and knows what needs to happen next
Business transformation experience from a technical and operational lens
