As a Technical Delivery Lead will be successfully leading the strategy, planning and execution of complex / large technology initiatives while driving successful embedding and delivery capability lift. This role will give you the opportunity to challenge and develop your project management expertise in an environment that encourages flexibility and forward thinking.

Successful candidates will have:

Extensive experience in software development and leadership roles
Proven track record in managing technology projects from inception to delivery
Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and customers
Experience in leading change management initiatives and embedding change within project teams
Proficiency in creating comprehensive functional specifications and technical documentation
Ideally experience in launching new products or service offerings
