This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the incubation phase of an industry leading initiative. In this dynamic role you will be supporting the launch of a new brand which will provide major benefits to our client’s customers. You’ll be implementing industry leading customer experiences. The project will be looking to launch in Auckland initially, before expanding throughout NZ, then looking to deliver further enhancements to the service.
You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and implement solutions that deliver tangible results. This is a unique opportunity to work across our clients’ adjacent businesses. You will need to have the resilience and flexibility to navigate the nuances of these very different types of organisations. This role is exceedingly rewarding with the ability to bring about real change quickly. You will be working across multiple sites in the Auckland Region and need to be able to adapt your skill sets when needed to manage and deliver initiatives.
We are on the hunt for a BA who is comfortable in the grey, bringing structure to ambiguity and is full of that "can do" attitude. Being part of a small team, you will be proactive, and happy taking on tasks big and small.
